Dr. Taylor is a graduate from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. In 2007, she joined the U.S. Army Reserves as a nurse and combat medic. She then moved to San Antonio, Texas where she worked as a nurse and obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology at the University of Texas at San Antonio prior to attending Veterinary School. While in Veterinary school, she developed an interest in dermatology and feline medicine.
Dr. Taylor has a siamese cat named Phoebe, who has supported her passion for feline medicine. She also has an Akita, named Ms. Kitty Pupperton, who she adopted during her first week at Grand Montecito Animal Hospital.
In her free time, she enjoys exploring Las Vegas for interesting places to eat and unique cocktails.
